July Session

This program is designed for committed/college athletes who want a local competitive environment. We create a fun and competitive high IQ and high paced environment. It’s called ‘Fast” for a reason. We expect all athletes attending to be going full speed through all drills and 4v4s. The ball shouldn’t be in your stick for more than 3 seconds so we require quick decision making on the field at all times. 

 

These sessions will be 90 minutes in length and include advanced drills, man-up/man-down half field play and speed lax games on shortened fields. FastLax is designed for the highest level players in the area to practice and compete with one another regardless of college, high school or club affiliation.
